Our Story

We didn’t start as a business idea but from a pattern.

I've been inside operating environments where performance mattered. From childhood, I was immersed in real businesses - places where people, money, systems and standards collided daily. 

My mind was trained early to spot what others missed — not from textbooks, but from lived experience.


Long before leadership training or corporate titles, this world taught me something most organisations learn too late: when foundations crack, everything above and around them feels harder than it should .By the time most people were learning theory, I had already lived execution; watching how small behaviours affected outcomes, how pressure changed people, how top level decisions rippled through to ground level, and how misalignment quietly eroded performance long before the numbers did.


Years later, working with founders, CEO's and high-growth organisations - the same pattern kept showing up. The vision was clear. The ambition was there. 

But execution lagged as leaders carried too much.

Teams hesitated and accountability softened.


Everyone was busy, yet momentum leaked. Not because people weren’t capable but because the scaffold no longer held. Coordinate ME was created in response to this exact moment - where growth starts to strain the foundations. 


We’re not here to throw out the rulebook or add more noise. We exist to work where strategy meets reality. Where people, processes and perspective disconnect. Where weight is felt but can’t quite name why.
