2013 was a time of economic boost overflowing with freelancers, start-ups, creatives and media agencies with brilliant ideas and meaningful missions. On your own or with support by others that had other priorities and wanted to play safe.
Failure doesn't come from a bad vision but when the scaffold no longer holds the structure.
The truth is, without a solid foundation; people, processes + strategy, you go as far as you can go and then, what? When you’re in it - deep in, the pressure, putting out fires it's nearly impossible to be the scaffold, let alone fix it.
